Shrimp scad locally known as Bakka and scientifically known as Alepes djedab is a small, silver-white fish species found in the Arabian Sea of Pakistan. Typically measuring 20-30 centimeters (8-12 inches) in length, it has a slender body with a bluish-green back and dark lateral line spots.
